I have put these packages together as an attempt to make buying AND the taking of supplements easier. Many people I find are trying to take too much or are totally confused over 'what to take'.

I have used NESS enzymes for years with great success. NESS No 601 is formulated to support damaged stomach mucosa. It should be used 1-2 capsules with each meal until upper stomach discomfort has cleared. Slippery elm powder, if taken 20 minutes after each meal will help this process.

I have long found that the combination of Magnesium (plus supporting elements) and Evening Primrose Oil can have a wonderful effect on both chronic and acute muscular discomfort. EPO needs to be taken in 3000mg doses 1-2 times daily.

Minerals are essential in this situation so are included in the package rather than as an optional add-on. Oralmat drops have long been used to support the imune system and I consistantly see good results. Ultra Flora Immune ia a high strength probiotic designed to improve the immune health of the gut.
