This product contains both Quercetin and Rutin which are both nutrients known to maintain cellular integrity under oxidative stress or inflammatory conditions.

Quercetin in particular is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and also reduces histamine release which overall means that it greatly helps prevent irritation of mucus membranes.

In nature Quercetin is found in red onions, red apple skins, red and purple berries, broccoli and all other dark green vegetables.

Quercetin and Rutin also improve the abilty of the lymphatic system to pump lymph and to support the body's defences against winter ills and chills.
