What does a treatment involve?

A treatment here blends together my Naturopathic and Osteopathic knowledge. Few practitioners are trained in both modalities. This means you get the benefit of my training  and long term experience in many different areas:

  -  body work (gentle, non-manipulative osteopathic/cranial therapies)
  -  massage
  -  reflexology
  -  dietary and nutritional advice
  -  herbal remedies
  -  minerals
  -  vitamins
  -  flower essences
  -  magnets

The emphasis however is on spinal alignment, body balance and nutrition.

A typical appointment would last about an hour and begins with a chat about how you are feeling, any current medication you are taking and how you would like to improve.  Historical, environmental, emotional and lifestyle factors are all taken in to account.

Cost
Costs are kept to a minimum, a flat fee of NZ$75 is charged per consultation. (Fees valid at publication of website).  Further appointments are kept to a minimum too, the point is to encourage each person to be well, rather than rely on too many repeat appointments. Click here for a $10 discount on your first consultation!
